PEGASUS CLUB PRESENTATION EVENING 2007/2008 SEASON

The 2nd Club presentation evening took place on Friday 13th June 2008. Again the Festival Inn at Trowell was the venue and again the evening was rated a great success by the people who attended. Around 300 people attended and the atmosphere was superb all through the night. 7 of the clubs teams were in attendance, these being Under 8 Flyers, Under 9 Warriors, Under 10 Colts, Under 12 Girls, Under 13 White and Under 16 Boys & Girls Teams. Each Manager gave a brief speech with regards to their team’s performance (Except Craig!!!!) and presented each player with an individual trophy for their efforts during the season.
This was the last presentation evening for the under 16 Girl’s as they will not be continuing next season. To say thank you for all their efforts over the last 5 seasons, each player was presented with the managers player of the year trophy.
The Club gives out 4 major award trophies these are Managers Player/Players Player/Most improved Player and Sportsperson of the year. The winners of these awards are listed below.

Following the presentation there was a raffle and then the disco began with Eric providing most of the moves on the dance floor and many of the children trying their hand at limbo dancing though most of the under 16 boys cheated. Again the room was still more than half full at 10:30. Everybody was very positive with their comments. The DJ was superb and had everybody up dancing. The behaviour again was excellent and the evening finished at 11:30pm.
