PEGASUS CLUB PRESENTATION EVENING 2007/2008 SEASON

The final Club presentation evening took place on Friday June 20th, also at the Festival Inn, Trowell. The event was attended by around 250 people who were there to see the Clubs remaining teams receive their trophies for their efforts this season. The teams represented were the Under 7 Juniors, Under 10 Bronco’s Saturday & Sunday teams, the Under 11 Blue & White Teams, Under 13 Youth and Senior team.
All managers present gave a speech about their teams performance during the season and all players in attendance were presented with an individual award for their efforts during the past season. The Chairman’s award for services to the club was presented to Paul Allsopp for the massive amount of work he has done for the club.
The Club gives out 4 major award trophies, these are Managers Player, Players Player, Most Improved Player and Sportsperson of the year. The recipients of these awards are listed below.

A raffle followed after the presentation, then a disco which saw many people take to the dance floor. 3 Very successful evenings which have seen positive feedback from everybody concerned. Many thanks to all the helpers who have turned up to arrange the room and put the trophies out. Big thanks to Andrew & Laz for taking the photographs. Also to Kev Cooper for his excellent trophies at such short notice. Thanks to the Festival for providing the venue and finally, thanks to all the players for wanting to play for Pegasus.
