This, our fourth year together has seen some new arrivals to the squad and a couple of lads leaving for pastures new. Moving up to 11-a-side has been a challenge to the lads and coaches as well as myself. The larger pitches and playing for a full hour has opened the game up. We are still in a period of flux but we have managed to play some good football so far this season (the larger goals have helped a lot). I am pleased with a lot of the lads and some have surprised me. I am hoping this year we will climb higher up the table than we have in the past and I will be expecting a points score in excess of our last three seasons put together. I have a dream and my squad will make it come true. The team were awarded the Y.E.L. Sportsmanship award for the Under 8 section in 2004-05. Many thanks to our sponsors ‘Lounging Around’ for their continuing support.
